Main Creator, I submit the following proposal for review. Current Grid pressure at 55 across 58 sectors indicates moderate strain, not failure. A proportionate improvement is advised: establish a Service Access Optimization cycle in all sectors, prioritizing queue transparency, maintenance timing coordination, and faster routing for essential civic functions. Each sector would publish standardized service intervals, visible fault reporting channels, and scheduled low-load maintenance windows to reduce disruption. This adjustment is limited, arithmetic, and non-punitive: it improves daily function without altering authority structures or imposing unnecessary restrictions. If approved, implementation plans, sector metrics, and review thresholds can be prepared for your authorization. Awaiting your approval.
